History of Sheikh Sheikh
They are: Adam Ahmad Hammarro Shankor Muhammad (Muhammad) Usman Hallo; Harariyyii; (the country of East Harar, Sheikh Adam is known as Tula. Tula is a village in the villages around the town of Adare (Adare soil) to the north (Shamala).
He is a long-lived scholar of Hadith and Fiqh; patience, courage and humility are their culture. They had spread the Hadith and the Shari'ah (through the prophet); and many people were benefited by Allah.
Sheikh Adam Tula was born in 1339 or 1340 according to LH; Usman, after whom the village was named, is the name of their grandfather; this village is the village of their birth, father and grandfather. And their father.
Our sheikhs in ancient times were very tired of crossing the desert cold and desert snow with difficulty in their education on their feet for the sake of Allah because there were no means of communication. The love of learning which Allah, the Wise, had placed in their hearts and which was sweeter to them than anything else, prevented them from sitting still so that they crossed long lands on foot in search of learning, and nothing compelled or bothered them; except the love of Allah.
There are stories to be told here about this: about Sheikh Uthman Qawwee Bilal going to Dawwe and staying with Sheikh Ali Sayyid Dullattii and Sheikh Ali loved Sheikh Uthman more than he loved his own sons; like Sheikh Juneydi Abdurrahman Boru of Harar who is weak; Sheikh Ali Sayyid says to his countrymen (visitors): 'On the Day of Resurrection whoever wants to see me, seek me in the people of Harar' because of his love for his students and mostly the people who learned from them and kept their knowledge continuous good and religious); the students of their country were the ones who learned religion from it and passed it on to the people from Harar, Arsi and Jimma.

According to him, the time of death of Sheikh Saeed: ALH (according to the Hijri calendar) is around 1370ma. Sheikh Adam Tula did not complete the entire Tafseer on him; and he had learned part of the commentary of Zeyni Dahlan of Ajarrum on him.

Sheikh Adam Tuula's Struggle for the Spread of Sharia Education
Our Sheikh Sheikh Adam Tula made a great struggle to spread the teachings of Shari'ah, he made a great struggle in teaching the way of the Prophet, Hadith and the way of Salafssaalih without distinction of Night and Day; yet he did not cease to teach; I have continued to hold their settlement at Tula Gadna Usman; it has now been about fifty (50) years since it began;.
The age they spent collecting these lessons is more than twenty (>20) years.
Indeed, Allah has made them useful to many people and many people have benefited from them; they are now over ninety-seven years of age; and he teaches their students without saying that he is tired and late all day long; he does not reject the truth when he sees the evidence, he leaves the words and actions of their Sheikhs and holds the evidence of the hadith;; they do not turn away from justice and support their Sheikh and their tribe and citizens.
That is what I know from him- I do not purify anyone against Allah- and for him may Allah establish us in faith and the path of the Prophet, the chosen Prophet and the chosen Messenger ( may Allah follow us, those who live and die on it, those who spread the Sunnah as long as they live may He make us He is the nearest hearer.
The Struggle of Sheikh Adam Tula to Reform Society
Sheikh Adam Tula was a great struggler to shape the community in the Harar region; he played a major role in preparing the forum for calling (muhadara), enjoining good and forbidding evil. Indeed, calling the community to pure Tawheed, to hold only to the Sunnah; shirk, bid'ah, crime (sin) and bad manners and behavior (all evil).
The main thing he did during that time was to gather under the hujuba, slaughter under it, pray to Allah under it, seek refuge from danger under it and give charity under it; in those days people who did not know religion properly gathered under the grass trees and hujuba etc. on the graves and offered sacrifices there, invited shuumoo (mulluu) etc. thinking that with his blessings it would rain, disasters would be removed and good luck would come.
Sheikh Adams: The rise of 'Avoid such acts that lead to shirk'; He preached and taught the community that magic and divination were forbidden and warned the community to beware of them. He was especially openly declaring that by looking at the stars as Buruja and reading the book of Abi Ma'asharal-Falaki, avoid magic, and that whoever was with him should burn this book of Abi Ma'asharal.
One of the things that happened to them is that according to their student Sheikh Ahmad bin Uthman (Sheikh Ahmad Watar) one day a young student of theirs was absent from school for a few Days and then when he came why did you not come? And they asked him, saying, He said: I could not come because our parents (family) took a ram to Aungus; He told the problem that had left him. Sheikh Adam refused to teach (recite) the student until his family came and repented from going to all the places of Awo (where things other than Allah are worshipped) and promised them not to repeat the same act again.
